-- RESOLUTI ON NO. 1263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE
ELDERLY/HANDICAPPED INTERIH JOINT POWERS AGREEHENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that
it hereby authorizes the Hayor and City Clerk to sign, on behalf of the City
of Arroyo Grande, the Elderly/Handicapped Interim Joint Powers Agreement
regarding a county wide public transportation system prepared by the San Luis
Obispo County and Cities Area Planning Coordinating Council.
On motion of Councilman Splerllng, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and
on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, Gallagher, Schlegel, Hillis and Mayor de Leon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was ~assed and adopted this 23rd day of November, 1976.
