2013 – Arroyo Grande Public Art (AGPA) formed as part of Arroyo Grande in Bloom (AGIB)
2021 – Guidelines updated to limit process to non-residentially zoned private property.

AGPA: Published RFP and obtained designs from local artists
City Council: Conduct public hearing, accept donation and waive Encroachment Permit fees
Arroyo Grande Public Art Review Panel: Provides final approval of artwork
