RESOLUTION NO, 1166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE SETTING FORTH ITS INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
AND SETTING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON AS PROVIDED UNDER
PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 37420,
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has nO prospective use for the
hereinafter described parcel of property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience will be served if the hereinafter
described parcels of real property set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto are
sold and conveyed,
2. That the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande intends to sell
and convey the parcels of property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by reference incorporated herein,
3. That a public hearing will be held in connection with said Council's
intention to sell and convey the parcels of real property described in
Exhibit "A", at which time, any person objecting to said sale or interested
therein may appear and be heard thereon. Said hearing will be held on the
8th day of July, 1975, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall, 214 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande, California,
4, The minimum bid which will be approved for each parcel shall be
Three Thousand Dollars ($3;000,00),
S. That in the event the City Council elects to sell said property,
final action may be taken immediately following said public hearing,
6, The City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande is herewith ordered to
publish this resolution in the Five Cities Times-press-Recorder at least
ten(lO) days prior to the date of said hearing.
7. The parcels of real property herein referred to are described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
On motion of Councilman Spierling, seconded by Councilman de Leon and on
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Spierling, de Leon, Schlegel, Millis and Mayor Talley
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of June, 1975.

I, Ines A, del Campo, City Clerk of the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby certify that the foregoing

EXHIBIT "A"
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, all that portion of Lot 5 and Lot 6 of Block
13 according to the map entitled "Map of Beckett's and Co. 's
Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande as surveyed by A, F.
Parsons in 1887", as acquired by the City of Arroyo Grande by
deed recorded November 27th, 1929, in Volume 75 of Official
Records at Page 432, records of said County.
