A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING A
ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP AG 96-101 FOR A TWO PARCEL
SUBDIVISION AT 198 S. ALPINE, APPLIED FOR BY
ROBERT OLDEMEYER
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of A�royo Grande has
considered a request for a one-year time extension for Tentative Parcel Map
AG 96-101 filed by Robert Oldemeyer for a two parcel subdivision located at
198 S. Alpine Street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the project on April 1, 1997;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 2, 1999
to consider this application in accordance with City Codes; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found that this project is consistent
with the City's General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds, after due study, deliberation and
public hearing, that there have been no significant changes in the General Plan,
Municipal Code or character of the area within which the project is located that
would cause the approved project to be injurious to the public health, safety, or
welfare. = �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City
of Arroyo Grande hereby approves a one-year time extension for Tentative
Parcel Map No. 96-101, with the above findings and subject to the conditions
as set forth in Attachment "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.

CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. AG 96-101
TIME EXTENSION
GENERAL CONDITIONS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
This approval authorizes a one-year time extension for Tentative Tract Map No.
AG 96-101 creating a two-parcel subdivision located at 198 S. Alpine Street,
Arroyo Grande, California.
1. The applicant shall ascertain and comply with all Federal, State, County
and City requirements as are applicable to this project.
2. The applicant shall comply with all conditions of approval for Tentative
Tract Map No. AG 96-101.
3. Tentative Tract Map No. AG 96-101 shall automatically expire on March
31, 2000. The applicant may apply for an additional time extension
pursuant to Development Code Section 9-02.140.
4. The applicant shall agree to defend at his/her sole expense any action
brought against the City, its present or former agents, officers, or
employees because of the issuance of said approval, or in anyway
relating to the implementation thereof, or in the alternative, to relinquish
such approval. The applicant shall reimburse the City, its agents,
officers, or employees, for any court costs and attorney's fee's which
the City, its agents, officers or employees may be required by a court to
pay as a result of such action. The City may, at its sole discretion,
participate at its own expense in the defense of any such action but
such participation shall not relieve applicant of his/her obligations under
this condition.
5. The applicant shall be subject to all currently applicable development
fees.�
