SQUARE FOOT SECOND RESIDENCE; LOT 3 OF TRACT 3048 (HEIGHTS AT
VISTA DEL MAR); LOCATION – 831 CASTILLO DEL MAR; APPLICANT – THE
HEIGHTS AT VISTA DEL MAR GROUP, LLC; REPRESENTATIVE – JASON

After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.130 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
construction of a new single-family residence and a second residence at 831 Castillo
Del Mar.
ITEM NO. 2: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 17-013; SLO BUDDHIST CHURCH
OBON FESTIVAL; AUGUST 5, 2017 FROM 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; LOCATION – 900
W. BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – BARBARA FINN
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the annual
Obon Festival on August 5, 2017 from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
ITEM NO. 3: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 17-012; SAINT PATRICK CATHOLIC
SCHOOL BBQ & AUCTION; SEPTEMBER 16 & 17, 2017 FROM 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM;
LOCATION – 900 W. BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – ST. PATRICK SCHOOL;
REPRESENTATIVE – MAUREEN HALDERMAN
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.090 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the St.
Patrick School’s annual barbecue and auction on September 16 and 17, 2017 from 9:00
AM – 10:00 PM.
