ITEM NO. 1: VIEWSHED REVIEW 17-006; CONSTRUCTION OF A 157 SQUARE
FOOT DECK ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SECOND STORY DECK; LOCATION – 400
EMERALD BAY DRIVE; APPLICANT – DAVE & SHAWN FREEMAN;
REPRESENTATIVE – KEVIN CARRINGTON
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.110 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for a 157
square foot deck addition to an existing second story deck.
ITEM NO. 2: VIEWSHED REVIEW 17-007; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW, TWO
STORY, 1419 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE STORY
RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 258 TALLY HO ROAD; APPLICANT – BRANDON &
AHSLEE AKERS; REPRESENTATIVE – JENNIFER MARTIN
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.110 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for
construction of a 1,419 square foot addition with a 683 square foot second story
component to an existing single-story residence.
