ITEM NO. 2: VIEWSHED REVIEW 17-007; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW, TWO STORY, 1419 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO AN EXISTING SINGLE STORY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 258 TALLY HO ROAD; APPLICANT – BRANDON & AHSLEE AKERS; REPRESENTATIVE – JENNIFER MARTIN After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.110 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for construction of a 1,419 square foot addition with a 683 square foot second story component to an existing single-story residence.
