ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 17-016; ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOMESTAY IN THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 1253 CEDAR STREET; APPLICANT – SARAH & ANTON SELZER After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for establishment of a homestay in an existing guesthouse on a single family residential property.
