ITEM NO. 1: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 17-015; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 538 LE POINT
STREET; APPLICANT – ROBBIE BRUZUS
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for
establishment of a vacation rental in an existing single family residence.
ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 17-016; ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOMESTAY IN
THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 1253 CEDAR STREET;
APPLICANT – SARAH & ANTON SELZER
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for
establishment of a homestay in an existing guesthouse on a single family residential
property.
ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 17-018; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 201 GARDEN
STREET; APPLICANT – CB&S CONSTRUCTION INC.; REPRESENTATIVE – GREG
BERDAR
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for
establishment of a vacation rental in an existing single family residence.
