ITEM NO. 1: TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 20-024; ESTABLISHMENT OF SAFE
PARKING PROGRAM; LOCATION – SAINT JOHN’S LUTHERAN CHURCH – 959
VALLEY ROAD; APPLICANT – PASTOR GREG WALLACE, SAINT JOHN’S
LUTHERAN CHURCH
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.090 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project to establish a
temporary safe parking program at Saint John’s Lutheran Church for use by up to four
vehicles.
ITEM NO. 2: VIEWSHED REVIEW 20-002; CONSTRUCTION OF A FIFTY-TWO
SQUARE-FOOT SECOND STORY ADDITION; LOCATION – 241 STAGECOACH
ROAD; APPLICANT – AARON GANNAGE, GANNAGE DESIGN
After making the findings specified in Section 16.60.110 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
construction of a fifty-two foot square-foot second story addition in an existing home in
the Residential Suburban zoning district.
