ITEM NO. 1: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 21-001; ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOMESTAY;
LOCATION – 246 GARDEN ST; APPLICANT – JAMIE TYLER
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a Homestay at an existing residence.
ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 21-002; ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESTAURANT
AT AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL TENANT SPACE; LOCATION – 1421 EAST GRAND
AVENUE; APPLICANT – PEPE FONSECA, LA PARILLA TAQUERIA;
REPRESENTATIVE – CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, CWA STUDIOS
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a restaurant at an existing commercial tenant space.
ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 20-030; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN THE SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT; LOCATION – 1201 RUSS
COURT; APPLICANT – JEANNE PETERSON
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a vacation rental in an existing accessory dwelling unit in the Single
Family zoning district.
