RENTAL IN AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 213
WHITELEY STREET; APPLICANT – NICK MEADS
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a Vacation Rental in the Village Residential (VR) zoning district.
ITEM NO. 2: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 21-026; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 1223
BRIGHTON AVENUE; APPLICANT – NATALIE TERRASAS
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a Vacation Rental in the Single Family (SF) zoning district.
ITEM NO. 3: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 21-027; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 240 WEST
BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – DUSTIN MARZOLF
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a Vacation Rental in the Single Family (SF) zoning district.
ITEM NO. 4: PLOT PLAN REVIEW 21-028; ESTABLISHMENT OF A VACATION
RENTAL IN AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE; LOCATION – 1174
BRITTANY AVENUE; APPLICANT – CRAIG SMITH
After making the findings specified in Section 16.16.080 of the Municipal Code, the
Community Development Director approved the above referenced project for the
establishment of a Vacation Rental in the Multi-Family (MF) zoning district.
