PC R 94-1487RESOLUTIUN NO. 94-1487 A RESOLUTION OF TI-IE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PROVIDING AN INTERPRETATION OF SECTION 9-15.020 OF THE DEVELOPMENT COD� RELATING TO 241 CORBETT CANYON ROAD WHER�AS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande on July 13, 1993 considered a request from Ross McGowan concerning an interpretation of improvements to be provided relating to a building permit at 241 Corbett Canyon Road; and WI the City Council referred said item to the Planning Commission for consideration and interpretation of the City Ordinances relating to said improvements; and WHER�AS, the Planning Commission has received further input and information from tl�e Director of Public Works and Planning Director as well as the property owner; and WHER�AS, the City Development Code, Section 9-15.20F 1 requires that improvements shall be required unless they are determined by the approving body to be unnecessary, considering the niral nature of the development and pedestrian circulation needs; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after due research and deliberation finds that: The portion of Corbett Canyon Road, fronting 241 CorUett Canyon Road is hereby determined to be rural in nature at this time and the installation of curb gutters and sidewalks are not required pursuant to section 9-15.020 of tl�e Development Code. NOW, TI B� IT RESOLV�D that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande }�ereby determines tliat frontage improvements at 241 Corbett Canyon Road are not required in conjunction with the current building permit according to the provisions of tl�e Development Code Section 9-15.020. On motion of Commissioner Tappan, seconded by Commissioner Deviny, and on the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Tappan, Soto, Carr, Deviny and Chairperson Keen NO�S: None ABSENT: Commissioner Hatchett the foregoing Resolution was passed and acloptecl tl�is 20t1� ciay of September, 1994.
