The proposed sign is not consistent with the intent and purpose of Section 9-4.2407 of the Zoning Ordinance as it relates to Planned Sign PrograTt�s. Specifically, cran�unent signs are not permitted for individual tenants of a shopping ccx�lex. 2. The proposed sign does no catipliment other existing signs on the property, in that it does not use comnon design elements such as colors, materials and sign type. NQ�1, �E, BE IT R}�OLVI� that the Planning Carmission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby denies said Conditional Use Permit.
