WHEREAS, the Planning Conmission of the City of A_rroyo Grande has conducted the recjuired
revieiv of Use Permit Case No. 80-295 for an 8,820 sq. ft. greer�Y�ouse �t 200 Orchicl Lane in the P.A-E3
P.esidential Agricultt�ral District; and
WHEREAS, the PlAnnin� Conv� h�s found that this project is consi�tent with tt��e General
Plan and the rnvironmentt�l Docurr�ents associated therewith, �nd
WHEREAS, the project has been declared categ�orically exen�pt under the provisions of
Section 15303 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEC�A); �ind
WHEREAS, the Planning Conrrnssion finds, After due study, deliberation and public heArin�, .

The proposed t�se is consistent with the Cenernl Plan's stAtement and intent.
The proposed use is consistent with the zoning designation, per Flanning Cor,u��ission
Resolution No. 73-286 (attached).
This site is adequate in shape or size for the proposecl use, as it can meet all of ttie setback
And parking requirements
The site does have adequate access.
5. The proposed use will not have An advec�se effect on the use of the surrounding property or
the City because appropriate conditions have been incorporated into the resolution of
approval

WHEREAS, this project was reviewecl by the Planning• Conm and various City
departtnents and found to be acceptable ancl in conforrnance with the �pplicable codes and ordinances.
NO�Y, THEREFOR.E, BE YT RFSOLVED that the Planning C of the Gf ty of Arroyo
Grande dces hereby approve said Conditional Use Permit, subject to the following condition:
1. This Conditional Use Fermit shall be revieweci by the Planning ConYrussion in twent�� (20) ye�rs to
assure continued canpatib�ity with surroun�'�ng land uses.
