PC R 88-1215�i�i RESOLUTION NO. 88-1215 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE , CITY OF..ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING PARCEL MAP CASE N0. 88-46�9, 289 AND 297 TALLY HO ROAD (TIM & MARLENE SCHLOTMAN/BRUCE & MARGARET HENSLEY) � WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has considered Parcel Map Case No. 88-469 in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Arroyo Grande; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found that this project is consistent with the General Plan and the Environuiental Documents associated therewith, and a Neqative Declaration has been declared under the provisions of tl�e California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and � MHEREAS, the Planninq Commission has further found that this project is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Arroyo Grande; and WHEREAS, this site is physically suitable for the proposed type and density of development because all yards, open spaces, setbacks, fences and walls, parking areas and other features can be accommodated; and WflEREAS, the proposed subdivision design is not likely to cause substantial and considerable damaqe to the natural environment, including fish, wildlife or their habitat; and WIIEREAS, said Parcel Map was referred to various City Departments and tY►e Staff Advisory Committee for recommendations. NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Parcel Map Case No. 88-469 and adopts a Negative Declaration on the project subject to the following conditions: Planning Department 1. Development shall be in substantial conformance with tl�e plans approved by the Planning commission on December 6, 1988, n��arked Exhibit "A". 2. The development shall meet the.requirements of the RA-B2 zone. 3. In the event that during grading, construction or development of t}ie project any archeological resources are uncovered, all work shall be halted until the City has reviewed the, resources for their siqnificance. Additional archeological studies may be required. 0 Public Works Department � 4. Subdivision shall record concurrent with the final map, a maintenance agreement for the parcels which share access drive. On motion of Commissioner Scott, seconded by Commissioner Boggess, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Gerrish, Olsen, Moore, Boggess, Flores, Scott and Chairu�au Soto NOES: None ABSENT: None The foregoing Resolution was adopted this 6th day of December, 1988.
