A RESOLII'I�ON OF THE PZANNIING OONIlKLSSION
OF THE CITY OF A�tROYO GRANllE APPROVING LOT
AD�TUS`INIENT, CASE NO. 87-450.
WHEftEAS, the Planning Carmi��,sion of the C�ty of Arroyo Grande has considered Lot
Line Adjustment 87-450, filed for by James Fleg�ge, 215/217 Pearwood Avenue, in accordance
with G7�apter 3 of the S�bdivision Ordinance of the (�ty of Ar�oyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Carmission has foiu►d that this project is consistent with the
General Plan and the Environmental Docim�ents as,5ociated therewith, and a Cgtegorical
Fxemption has been declared �der the provisions of the California �vironmental Quality Act
(CEQA); and
WHEREAS, the Planning C,onmission has further fowld that the project is consistent
with the Zoning Orchnance of the G�ty of Arroyo Grande; and
WHEREAS, said Lot Line Adjustment wes referred to vario� City Depat�nents and the
Staff Advisory Corm�uttee for recam�endation.
� NOW, �iF.ftEFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the Planning Catmission of the GYty of
Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Lot Line Adjustrnent No. 87-450 subject to the following
conditions:
The Applicant shall have the Surveyor certify to the B�lding
Department that the property line setbacl:s for both parcels now
confotm to the minimun requirements of the City Ordinance.
On motion by Carmissioner Gerrish, seconded by Cam�issioner Soto, end by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
