Cons�stent with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance. 2. Perrmtted use within the District subject to Use Pe�rttt procedLU�e. 3. Would not adversely affect abutting properties. A survey shall he conducted by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of a buil�ing perrat. 9.
