A RESOLUnON AUTHORIZING APPLICATION BY THE CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE TO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION
COMMISSION RELATIVE TO A PROPOSAL TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande that it
does hereby request and petition the San UJis Obispo County Local Agency Forma-
tion Commission to appro"e the anomtation of the territory d.escribed in the
attached Exhibit "A" to be known as "CORBETT CANYON NO, 2 ANNEXATION", to the
City of Arroyo Grande,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Council d8c161res that:
1, This proposal is made pursuant to the District R"organization Act of 1965,
2. The territory proposed to be annexed is "rdnhabited.
3. Th" reaSons for this proposal are that:

incorporated herei.n as though fully set forth at this point.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council reque~ts that the proposed
annexation be subject to such tenus and condit1.ons as are contained in Section
56740 of the GO\Terrnnent Cod", of the Stat" of California, which may be deemed
applicable by the Local Agency Formation Commission,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of n", City of Arroyo Grande is
hereby directed to file a certified copy of this resobtion with the Executive
Officer of th~, San Luis Obispo County Local Agency Formation Commission,
