T�IHEREAS, the Planning Carrmiission of the City of. Arroyo Grande has con;idezed
Lon; Change Application No. RS-190, filed by Jeffrey Carrithers, as agent for Patricia
Lauthbury, to amend Section 9-4.302 of the Zoning Ordinance to rezone pro�erty at 225 Tally
Ho Road (Coc�.nty Assessor's Parcel No. 7-022-01) frorn "RA-B2" Residential Agricultural
District to "RA-B2-D" Residential Agricultural District Combined with Design Devel.opment
District; and
l�Ti the Planning Com�ncission has held a public hearing on this applicarion; and
►`�lHEREAS, the Planning Counnission finds that the public inteiest and general welfare
does Lequire such an amendment.
NOW, Tf BE TT RESOLVID that the Plannirag Co�runission of the City of
Artoyo Grande hereby recorrrnends the approval of said zone change.
