A RES�LUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ARROYO G.RANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT, ARTICLE 26,
"OFF-�STREET PARKING REQUIREP�ENTS" .
6�THEP.EAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo
Grande has considered an amendment to Article 26 of the Zoning
Ordinance, "Off-Street Parking Requirements", and
WHEREAS, according to the provisions of law, a public
hearing was helcl on the 19th day of June 1984.
NOtiV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
of the City of Arroy� Grande in regular session assembled, this
19th day of June 1984 hereby adopts and recommends to the City
Council that Section 9-4.2602 of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code
be amended as follows:
Section 9-4.2602. Minimum req.uirements.
The following garage ancl off-street parking requirements
shall apply tQ all buildings erected and new or extended uses
commenced on or after January 11, 1973. For any use not
snecifically set forth in this section, the Commission shall
determine the amount of parking required. All facilities shall
be an the site unless specified differently:
