th� City of Arroyo Grande hereby approves said Use Permit subject to
Standard Conditions, and the following special conditions:
1. That a greenbelt access agreement be negotiated
between the applicants and Oak Park Acres an the
east side of the subject property. •

Works; Uirector prior to the issuance cf pe�mit_

review.

and pressure information, be submitted fer the
approval of the Fire Chief.
5. That an overall landscaping plan be prepared subject
to the approval of the Parks and Recreation Di'rector
as part of the architectural review.
