W�iF�R��S, the Planni.ng Corr�nission of the City of Arroyo Grande has
consider.ed an application for a Utility Trailer Sales and Ser��ice, fil.ed for by
Anthony Heacock in accordance with SECtion 9-4.603(a) of the City Code at 101
Traific Paay; and
G�THEREAS, the Coirnnissi.on finds that, after due study, deliberation and
��:I.ic rnaring, the following circ�nstances exist:

2. Consistent with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
3. Has been reviewed by the Staff Advisory Co�nittee.
4. Will have no ac�verse affect on the surrounding area.
I�'(3r7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Comani.ssion of the City �f �
Ar�oyo Grande hereby approves said Use Permit, subject to the S'tanc?ard City
Conclitions, and the following special conditions:
1. That the parking lot be paved so that the required two parkin�
spaces be identified (10' x 20' minimum r�uirement).
2. 7."hat all storage be within the existing building or at the rear
of the property, and screened by an opaque wall from Traffic Way.
3. That a landscaping plan, including methods for irrigation, be
provided for the approval of the Parks Director prior to
issuanc� of building permit.
4. Pavi.ng, widening if appropriate, curb, gutter and side�aalk shal�
be insfialled at standa.rds subject to the approval of the Public
Works Director prior to occupancy.
5. No f.lairnn�bles shall be stored on th� pr�nises withou� the
express approval on a case to case�basis of the Fire Chief.
6. A screzn wa7.1 and/or landscaping shall be provided along
Tr�fic Way subject to the approval of the Architectural
Review Conanitt�e and the Police Department.
7. Tn he reviewed by the Planning Conunission in six (6) months.
