the a.�iu7tion of this resolution, did consider any codnplaints and/or requests
of citizens egpressed at the meeting, and
�'�h-IEREAS, the Planning Coarnission of the City of Arroyo Grande has the
responsibility to plan for the most desirable development of the City.

of Arroyo Grande does hereby reccx�mend approval of said amenc3Ment to Ordinance
No. 221 C, S, for the follawing reasons:
1. Consistent with the General Plan.
2. Consistent with the provisions of the Zoning Oidinance.
3. Will have no ac�verse affect on the surrounding area.
On motion by Car�issioner Carr, seconded by Conmissioner Moots, and by
