corisicierec7 the Tentative rlap oi Tract No. 124�, filed by Bonita L.and Comgany in
�ccc�rdar?cv wzth Chapter 3 of the Su�i�ivision Ordi�ance of the City of Arroyo Grande;
and
6�1I-IE��I�S, said tentative map was referred to various public utility
com�nies, City dapartments and the Staff Advisory Committee for reco�anendation.
NCxV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED that the Planning ComQnission of the City of
Asr�yo Grande hereby reccr�anends approval of said Tentative Nlap of Tract No. 1240,
subject to Stanclard Conditions of the City, and the following special conditions:
1. Submit�al of revised plan to i.nclude three (3) additional
parking spaces.
2. Su�r►ittal of a full grading plan subject to review and --
approval of the Public works Director.
3. SuYxni,ttal of a soil compaction report subject to review and
apgroval of the Public Works Director.
4. Provision of a retai.ni.ng wall and fence between the subjer•t
property and St. Patrick's Cemetary to the south, design
subject to approval of the Planning Director and the
Planning Commission.
5. Full improve�;ents of West Branch Street a*�d Camino Mercado
to City design standards.
6., Su}�ittal of a sign plan subjeet to review and approval
of the Planning Director, prior to recordation of final map.
