OF ARROYO GRANDE REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT
AND OPERATION OF PISMO-OCEANO BEACH A~~ DUNES,
WHEREAS, a problem dxists conciSrning the U8~ of the Pismo-Oceano Beach
relative to day 'liS" and overo!ight camping; and
WHEREAS , i.t is the d",sin! of a majurity of the! local residents, by' ErG rvey ~
to prohibit overnight ca.mping on the "wetlt portion of trh:': beae'J:1~ and tc allow fr~e
daytime use of the "we.':" pot'tion of thE: beach; and
WHEREAS, the aforem"ntioned situatio", does not appear to be in proce". of
solution.
