RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTIN� A VARIANCE, CASE NO.
93-91.

The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Henry A.
and Becca J. Wachtmann at 1049 Fair Oaks Avenue meets the requirements of ,
Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amendEd, to allow for
reduction of the front and side yard setbacks on a corner lot to 10 ft, in
the "R-1" Single Family Residential District.on the following described
property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, County Assessor's
Parcel No. 77-281-01.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that:
(a)_ The granting of said application does not constitute a grant of
special privilege inconsistent with limitations upon other properties in
the vicinity and same zoning in which this property is located, and (b)
because there are special circumstances applicable to the property (size-
topography-location-surroundings), the strict application of the Zoning
Ordinance does deprive applicant's property of privileges enjoyed by
other properties in the vicinity and in:the same zoning classification,
and approves said Variance for the following �eason:;.

l. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
On motion by Commissioner Noore, seconded by Commissioner Cole, and
