OF ARROYO GRANDE GRAIQTING A USE PERI�dIT CASE NO.
83-347.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by William
Irvine and Kirby Gordon meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code to allow for construction of a 22 unit condominium complex at 163 and
167 Brisco Road in the "R-3" Multiple Family Residential District on the
following described property• •
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of.San Luis Obispo,
5tate of California, that portion of Lot 106 of parts
of.Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal
subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton, C.E., Sept. 1873.
Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 77-051-27.
and grants said Use Permit for the following reasons:
1. Permissive use within the District subject to Use Permit procedures.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
