L�IHEREAS,. the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of Rueben Kvidt to amend the Municipal Code of the City of_ Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32 of said Code changing the specific zoning designations and designated uses from "C-N" Neighborhood Commercial District to "H-S" Highway Service District within the Planned Development on the following described property: Lot 2, Tract 604, Parcel Map AG 79-840, Also known as Parcels A, B, and C of Parcel Map AG 792-268, in the City cf Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California and that City Ordinance No. 246 C.S. be amended to revise the uses previously defined on Par_.cel_2 back to those allowed on Parcel 2 by Ordinance 140 C.S.
