The Planning Conu��ission fincis that the Variance applied for by William ��
Rwalt/Dan O'Neill/F'rank Striker at 604 Grand Avenue meets the requirements of
Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow for
reduction of the required side yard setback from 10 ft. to 5 ft. in the "H-S"
Highway Service District on the following described property:
In the City of Arroyo G.rande, County of San Luis -
Obispo, State of California, Lots 11 and 12, Block
3, Western Addition to Town of Arroyo Grande.
