PC R 82-927 Z06� RESOLUTION NO. 82-927 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONIMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARP.OYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF AN AMEND- MENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of Martin Polin to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4 Zoning, Article 32 of said Code, to rezone all that property described as follows fro:n "C-N" Neighborhood Commercial District to "R-3" Multiple Family Resi- dential District: Parcels 1, 2 and 3 of Block B, Pike Plaza Tract No. 244 in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Also identified as Assessor's Parcel No. 77-332-23. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does not require such an amendment, and WHEizEAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who test.ified at t::e public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pzr�inent are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEF.E�ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends deniGi.-of the amendment as applied for, for the following reasons: 1. 2. `Lone crange would constitute spot zoning.
