PC R 82-921�CO� WHEREAS, the Planning.Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held the required public hearing at their regular meeting of June :15, 1982 on the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 9-4.808 (a) as RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARztOYO GRANDE RECOMMENDIIVG APPROVAL UF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 9-4.808 (a). "MINIMUM YARDS REQUIRED" IN THE "R-G" RESIDENTIAL GARDEN APARTMENT DISTRICT. follows: - ��; ,� - i �;; : ,: : � } � r r ;: ?-'- 4 �` � �� .. � Section 9-4.808(a): Front Yard Each lot in the "R-G" District shall have a front yard extending (except for access drives and walks) across the full �.aidth of the subject property of a depth of not less than fifteen (.15) feet; provided however, that the Planning Commission may allow staggering setbacks with a variation of three (3) feet between structures. In no case shall a setback of less than twelve (12) feet be allowed. (b) SidE Yard. There shall be a side yard on each side of the lot, extending from-the front yard to the rear yard, of not less than five (5) fe�t on an_inter.ior lot line. This side yard shall be ten (10) feet in the event the=dwelling un-it is oriented in such a manner that the side yard is actuaily tne rear yard for the dwelling unit, a corner lot shall nave a side- ya�d -aYiutting the__street of not less than ten (10) feet.
