PC R 82-913 U052 RESOLUTION NO. 82-913 U RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING � USE PERMIT, CASE NO. 82-340. The Planniiig Ccmmission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Calvary Chapel meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow for a Church Facility at 1133 Maple Street in the "R-G" Residential Garden Apartment District on the following described property: � In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, Staie of California, County Assessor's Parcel No. 77-181-11. Also known as 1133 Maple Street and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions: 1. Pay drainage fees with building permit. 2. Complete frontage improvements on Maple Street. 3. Paving of site as shown. 4. Drair�age plan to be submitted and approved prior to building permit. 5. Perpetual easement for encroachment over Lot 9 for parking pu as shown on the plan. 6. Provide.street access to Lot 9 via appropriate easemer,ts over Lots 10 and 11; width of easement to be �5 ft. minimum. 7. Access tc Niaple Street for parking to be minimum of 25 ft. pa�ed, =�;i*h appropriate modifications to existing drive app�o�rh�s. 8. Ar:y chan,es to Exhibit "A" will_require review of Use Permit.
