RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY

47HEREA5, the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission did consider a request
to permit a Veterinary Clinic in the "C-B-D" Central Business District; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the requested use not to be in-
consistent with the uses set out in the Central Business District; and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande Planning Commission
held on the 15th day of June 1982, said request was considered.
NOL7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the
City of Arroyo Grande has determined that a Veterinary Clinic is similar
in character to o�hzr uses permitted in the "C-B-D" Central Business District
subject to Use Per.nit procedures.
On motion_by Commissioner Sebastian, seconded by Commissioner Benhardt,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Benhardt, Cole, Moots, Pilkington and
Sebastian
NOES: Corimissioner Carr
ABSENT: Chairman Gerrish
