RESOLUTION NO. 82-891 U
W. Von Biskupsky/VIP Future Corporation at 1173 Fair Oaks Avenue does
not meet the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to allow
for conversion of an existing 28 unit apartment complex to condominiums
on the following described property:
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied.for by
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, Assessor's
Parcel No. 77-272-05
and denies said Use Permit for the following reasons:
l. Housing Element has not been completed.
2. Community�s need for rental units.
3. Would not create affordable housing at this time
4. Proposal does not meet the ordinance requirements.
On motion by Commissioner Sebastian, seconded by Commissioner Benhardt,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
