PC R 81-874 VRESOLUTION NO. II1-874 V
Taylor, & Assoc., Inc. at 141 So. Elm Street meets the requirements of
Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow for
construction of an 8 ft. high chain link fence around the parking area for
security reasons in the "H-S" Highway Service District on the following
described property:
The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Garing,
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, a portion of Lots 14
and 15, and Old Grand Avenue of the Folson Tract.
(Parcel No. 1 of AG 81-115,) Also known as
Assessor's Parcel No. 77-211-44.
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission finds that:
(a) The granting of said application does not constitute a grant of
special privilege inconsistent with limitations upon other properties in
the vicinity and same zoning in which this property is located, and (b)
that because there are special circumstances applicable to the property
(size the strict application of
the Zoning Ordinance does deprive applicant's property of privileges
enjoyed by other properties in, the vicinity and in the same zoning classi-
fication. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Rr.SOLVED that the Planning Commission of the
City of Arroyo Grande hereby recommends approval of said Variance appli.cation.
