RESOLUTIOLJ OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROXO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDP4ENT
TO THE LAI3D USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held
the required public hearing at their regular meeting of October 6, 1981 to
consider an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element Map on the
following described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, identified by County
Assessor's Parcel No. 7-202-18. Also known as
312 LePoint Street.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels.that the public interest and
general welfare does require such an amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testi-
fied at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any
maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part
of said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby
recommends as follows:
That tne General Plan Land Use Element Map be amended by changing the
classification of certain areas described in Paragraph 1 above from Low
Density Residential Land Use Designation to Central Business District Land
Use Besignation.
For the following reason:
1. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the existing
lanc use.
On mot.ion by Commissioner Pilkington, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:

the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 6th day of October 1981.
