PC R 81-859 Z/ � � RESOLUTION N0. 81-859 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AI�IENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of Nlilt Hayes to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32 of said Code to rezone all that property described as follows to "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural District: In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Portion of Lot 91 of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 7-621-32. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amendment, and WHEREAS, the Commission Minutes including a list of persons who testi- fied at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of the amendment for the following reason: 1. Zone change to "RA-B3" District would be compatible to and in keeping with surrounding developments, zoning and Land Use Plan. On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Sebastian, and by the followirig roll call vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Cole, Pilkington, Saruwatari, Sebastian and Chairman Gerrish NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Benhardt and Moots the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 15th day of September 1981. ATTEST: SUBJECT: Petition to rezone all that property as noted in Paragraph 1 above to the "RA-B3" District.
