PC R 81-854 Z/. � � • RESOLUTION NO. 81-854 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of Martin Poole to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4 Zoning, Article 32 of said Code, to rezone all that property described as follows from "A-D" Agricultural - Design Development District to "R-S" Residential Suburban District: Lot 5 of Tract 600 (Bk. 9, Page 32 of Maps), in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 7-761-24. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welf�re`�doe"s not require such an amendment, and WHEREAS, the Commission Minutes including a list of persons who testi- fied at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends denial of the amendment as applied for, for the following reason: l. Request for Rezoning could not sustain a Negative Declaration.
