PC R 81-851 Z� • � RESOLUTION N0. 81-851 Z RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ANQENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California has held a public hearing on the application of the Ikeda Bros. to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32 of said Code to zone all that property described as follows from "A" Agricultural District to "R-1" Single Family Residential District: Portions of Lot 2& A of Harris' & Hinchliffe's Subdivision of Lands of D. F. and Anna Newsom, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 7-761-13. WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including list of persons who testified at the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. N04d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of the amendment for �he follawing ..reason: _�...' _..._. 1. Zone change to "R-1" District would be compatible to and in keeping with surrounding developments, zoning and Land Use Plan.
