RESOLUTION NO. 81-850 EIR
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL
DECLARATION.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande did
consider Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact requested by the
Ikeda Bros. on Rezoning Case No. 81-157, Zone Change from "A" District to
"R-1" District on Huasna Road in the City of Arroyo Grande, California;
and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Arroyo Grande Planning
Commission held on August 18, 1981, said request was considered and
public input permitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the
City of Arroyo Grande that the Negative Declaration of Environmental
Impact is hereby approved and accepted.
On motion by Commissioner Moots, seconded by Commissioner Pilkington,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES:. Commissioners Cole, Moots, Pilkington, Saruwatari
and Benhardt
NOES: Commissioner Sebastian
ABSENT: Chairman Gerrish
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 18th day of August 1981.
