PC R 81-849 GP� �� RESOLUTION NO. 81-849 GP the required public hearing at their regular meeting of August 4, 1981 to consider an amendment to the General Plan Land Use Element Map on the WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held following described property: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does require such an amendment; and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and cooies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends as follows: That the General Plan Land Use Element Map be amended by changing the classification of certain areas described in Paragraph 1 above from Agriculture to Low Density Residential Land Use designation. For the following reason: 1. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the existing land use. On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Pilkington, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECODIMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN. Portions of Lot 2 and A of Harris' & Hinchliffe's Subdivision of Lands of D. F. and Anna Newsom, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 7-761-13.
