PC R 81-846 Z481 RESOLUTION NO. 81-846 Z has held a public hearing on the application of Kuden and Ellsworth Realty to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4 Zoning, Article 32 of said Code, to rezone all that property described as follows from "RA-B3" Residential Agricultural District to "R-1" Single Family Residential District: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California Being portions of Lots 89 and 91 of the map of parts of the Rancho Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed in Book A, Page 65 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 7-621-36. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare does not require such an amendment, and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testi- fied at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends denial of the amendment as applied for, for the following reason: 1. Increased density, drainage problems and current water situation. On motion by Commissioner Sebastian, seconded by Commissioner Moots, L and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN ABSENT: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32 OF SAID CODE.
