The Planning Commission.finds that the Use Permit applied for by H. Ross.
Cox and Diana M. Cox, meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal
Code to allow for a Bed and Breakfast Inn at 789 Valley Road in the "C-N"
Neighborhood Commercial District.on the following described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of CaZifornia, Assessor's Parcel No. 7-084-15, and
known as 789 Valley Road
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following conditions:
1. That the on-site parking and circulation system be
approved by the Public Works Director prior to issuance
of a business license.
2.. That the proposed sign and landscaping work be approved
by the Planning Director prior to installation.
3. That the applicants receive the necessary building
permits prior to any structural work.
- 4. That a solid structure, such as a block wall, be established
at least to a height of 4 ft., and then if it was becomming
to the Victorian style, add to it to the permitted height of
6 ft.. along the south property line.
