PC R 81-828 VRESOLUTION N0. 81-828 V RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOI3 OF �fiE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A VARIANCE, CASE NO. 81-75. The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for by Paul Salitore at 410 Coach Road meets the requirements of Section 7.3 of the Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow reduction of the side yard setback from 10 ft. to 5 ft. in the "A" Agricultural district on the following described property: � In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, Assessor's Parcel No. 7-741-24. Also known as 410 Coach Road. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that: 463 (a) The granting of said application does not constitute a grant ot special privilege inconsistent with limitations upon other properties in the � vicinity and same zoning in which this property is located, and (b) that because there are special circumstances applicable to the property (size-- shape-topography-Iocation-surroundings) the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance does deprive applicant's property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in the vicinity and in the same zoning classification NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby recommends approval of said Variance appli- cation, subject to the following condition: 1. Applicant shall obtain a building permit prior to construction.
