RESOLUTION OF THE PL�INNIDIG COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE NO.
81-318.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by
Hill Top Developers, Inc. meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande
Municipal Code to allow construction of 24 Planned Development units on
E1 Camino Real in the "R-G" Residential Garden Apartment District on the
following described property:_
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, Portions of Lot A of Grover & Gates
Tract, and of Lot 106 of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo
and Bolsa de Chemisal. (Also identified as Tract #652)
and grants said Use Permit subject to the following condition;
1. New map to be sulimitted for revie� and approval of the
Architectural Review Committee and Planning Commission
for the foliowing reasons:
l. Permissive use witnin the District subject to Use Permit
procedures.
2. Would not adversely affect abutting properties.
On motion by Com*nissioner Fischer, seconded by Commissioner Moots, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit:
