RESOLUTION OF T?IE PLANNING COMMISSION OF 'PHE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING A VARIANCE, CASE NO.
81-74.
The Planning Commission finds that the Variance applied for Paui
Van Buskirk at 175 Walnut Street meets the requirements of Section 7.3 of the
Arroyo Grande Zoning Ordinance as amended, to allow 2.75 ft. reduction in
lot depth in the "R-1" Single Family Residential District on the following
described property:
In the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, Portion of Lot 6 of the Fair Oaks
Tract. Also known as 175 Walnut Street and identified by
Assessor's Parcel No. 77-173-13.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that:
(a)_ The granting of said appl.ication does not constitute a grant of
special privilege inconsistent with limitations upon other properties in the
vicinity and same zoning in which this property is located, and (b) tha� because
�_,t :�are� special circumstances applica.ble to the property (size-shape-
topography-location-surroundings) the strict application of the Zoning Ordinance
does- depr'ive app�icant's property of privileges enjoyed by other properties in
tlie vicinity and in tfie same zoning classification.

NOW, 'I�ERr.FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission o� the
City of Arroyo Grande liereby recommends the approval of said appli-
cation.
