PC R 81-797 GP431 RESOLUTION NO. 81-797 GP RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMEND- MENT TO THE LANL7 USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held the required public hearing at their regular meeting of January 20, 1981 to consider an amendment to the Gener�l Plan Land Use Element Map.on the follow- ing described property: "A portion of Lot 107 of the map of parts of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chamisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map filed in Book A, Page 65 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. Also identified by Assessor's Parcel No. 6-341-11. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels that the public interest and general welfare doe� require such an amendment; and WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including a list of persons who testified at the public hearing, summary of fact and findings, and copies of any maps pertinent to the proposal are on file and hereby declared to be part of said Resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recommends as follows: That the General Plan Land Use Element Map be amended by changing the classification of certain areas described in Paragraph 1 above from Agricultural to Office Professional land use designation. For the following reason: 1. Change would be compatible to and in keeping with the surrounding developments.
