RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE_.CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE GRANTING A USE PERMIT, CASE N0. 80-305.
The Planning Commission finds that the Use Permit applied for by Tony
Ranelletti meets the requirements of the Arroyo Grande Municipal Code to
allow for construction of 16AAir Space Condominium Units in the "R=2" Du-
plex Residential District on the following described property:
"In tHe City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, Parcel 1 of Parcel
Map No. AG 71-1, City of Arroyo Grande, Book 5, -
Page 69 of Parcel Maps. Also identified by
Assessor's Parcel No. 7-152-20, and known as�830
Huasna Road"
and grantsssaid Use Permit for the following reasons:
1. Permissive use within the District subject to use permit proced-
ures. �
2. Would not adversel,y.yaffect abutting properties.
On motion by Commissioner Fischer, seconded by Commissioner Moots,
and by the following roll call vote, to wit:

Gorsline.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Commissioners Cole, Gerrish and Sebastian.
