RESOLUTION N0. 80-768 Z
has held a public hearing on the application of Hilltop Developers to amend
WI�REAS, the Planning Co�nission of the City of Arroyo Grande, California
the Municipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article
32 of said Code to pre-zone all that property described as follows•to "R-G"
Garden Apartment Residential District:
_"In the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
' a portion of Lot A of �Grover and Gates Tract and Lot 106
of Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal.
Also designated as Aniiexation of Tract No. �652 to the
City of Arroyo Grande. (Filer)."
WHEREAS, the Commissi�on minutes including list of persons who testi�ied
at�the Public Hearing, summary of fact and findings and copies of any maps per-
tinent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Planning Commission hereby recom-
mends approval of the amendment for the following reason:
1. Pre=zone change to "R-G" District would be compatible �to and•in
' keeping with surrounding developments, zoning and Land Use Plan.
On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Co�nissioner Pilkington, and
by the following roll call vote, to wit�:
AYES: Commissioners Cole, Fischer, Gerrish, Moots, Pilkington and
Chairman Gorsline. '
