RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE PLANNING
COMMISSION RECONIMENDING APPROVAL OF AN�AMENDMENT
TO THE M[JNICIPAL CODE OF THE CIT.Y OF ARROYO .GRANDE
AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 4 ZONING, ARTICLE 32, OF
SAID CODE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the�City of Arroyo Grande, California
"In the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
Assessor's Parcel No.75-021-34, Property containing .989
acres lying northerly of the Los Berros Creek. Also
designated as the Garing-Los Berros Annexation to the City
of Arroyo Grande. (Garing).". �
WHEREAS, the Commission minutes including list of persons who testified at
has held a public hearing on the application of Garing Farms.to amend the Muni-
cipal Code of the City of Arroyo Grande as provided by Chapter 4, Article 32 of
said Code, to pre-zone a11 that property described as follows to "R.-2-D" Duplex
Residential District with a"-D" Override:
the Public Hearing, summary of fact and.findings and copies of any maps .perti-
nent to the proposal are attached and hereby declared to be part of said_Resolu-
tion.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .that said Planning Commission hereby recom-
mends approval of the amendment for the following reason:
1. Pre-zone�change to "R-2-D". District would.be compatible`to and in
keeping with surrounding developments, zoning and La.nd Use Plan.
On motion.by Commissioner Gerrish, seconded by Co�nissioner Cole, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
