PC R 80-7583�2 RESOLUTION NO. 80-758 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE, SECTION 9-4.813. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande has held the required public hearing at their regular meeting of August 5, 1980 on the proposed amendment to Zoning prdinance, Section 9-4.813 as follows: "Open area and density per family unit in the "R-G" District shall be as follows: A minimum of two hundred fifty (250) square feet per unit shall be provided on the building site of landscaped areas, walkways, recreation areas, but not including structures, driveways, or parking areas. There shall be a gross area of 2,562 square feet per family unit provided on each building site." NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby recommerids approval of the amendment for the following reason: l. To bring the Zoning Ordinance into conformance with the General Plan density definition. On motion by Commissioner Cole, seconded by Commissioner Pilkington, and by the following roll call vote, to wit: AYES NOES ABSENT Commissioners Cole, Gerrish, Moots, Pilkington and Chairman Gorsline None Commissioners Fischer and Sebastian the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 5th day of August�80.
